The braiding layer uses 0.18 mm or 0.20 mm stainless steel wire with a density of ≥80% (16 mesh), available in single- or double-layer designs for enhanced pressure resistance. The inner tube is made from bathroom-grade EPDM or food-grade silicone, avoiding low-quality PVC or NBR materials that may degrade or leach harmful substances. All fittings, including threads, are manufactured from full 304 stainless steel and treated with anti-corrosion processes for long-term performance in humid environments.

It operates safely in temperatures from -10 °C to 90 °C, with short-term tolerance up to 100 °C. Each unit undergoes rigorous hydraulic testing before shipment to ensure leak-free performance. Its flexible design supports a minimum bend radius of 30 mm (DN8) and 40 mm (DN10), and withstands over 5,000 bend cycles without damage.
